Barwick Estates 2006 Crush White

This is a crisp wine with tropical fruit flavours. White peaches and pear are evident on a crisp light creamy palate. The finish is soft with a balanced acidity. Aromas of tropical melon, white peach and pear. A crisp fruity white for all occasions.

Cock & Bull 2006 Chardonnay

This perfectly balanced unwooded Chardonnay has a strikingly fruity bouquet with unsuppressed fresh fruit characters full of peach and melon. Typically enjoyed whilst fresh and lively.

Moon Dog Acre Chardonnay This wine displays all the characteristics that have made Chardonnay in Australia so popular and extraordinarily successful world wide. The rich, ripe fruit flavour lend itself to pasta, fish and white meat dishes or simply chilled and enjoyed on its own.

Moon Dog Acre Sauvignon Blanc Rich, ripe citrus flavours reminiscent of lemon and limes are underlined by gooseberry and passion fruit characters. The palate is fresh, elegant and fruity with plenty of concentrated flavours which lead to seamless structure and finesse that is typical of the variety.

The aroma show zesty citrus fruit flavours with honeysuckle accents. Light and zesty on the palate with intense lemon and lime fruit flavours, supported by a subtle hint of stone fruit and a crisp, lingering finish.

This is the stuff of dreams! Mouth filling and rich, the apricot is well supported by the almondiness of the Marsanne. Subtle and well-integrated oak spices combine well with the off-dry texture of the style.

Cock & Bull 2006 Shiraz

This perfectly balanced Shiraz has spicy fruit characters with subtle traces of raspberry and plum which is complexed by a hint of vanillin oak. Typically enjoyed whilst fresh and young.

Moon Dog Acre Shiraz A full flavoured well balanced wine exhibiting savoury fruit and oak characters. Typical varietal Shiraz spice character is immediately evident and followed by aromas of berry fruit and toasty oak. Deep red with purple hues.

Moon Dog Acre Cabernet Sauvignon This wine displays an intensely deep plum colour with a hint of chocolate flavour. It has a complexity derived from maturation in French and American Oak. A perfect accompaniment to almost and full flavoured dish based on red meat, especially roasts.

This wine is a vibrant red in colour with crimson hues. An aroma of soft clove and white pepper spices in the company of elegant red summer fruits. Soft and silkily textured on the palate and the subtle oak nuances compliment fresh blackberry flavours.

Sirromet 2004 Perfect Day Burnbelt

Complex palate characters of spice and pepper from the Shiraz, herbal notes from the Cabernet Sauvignon and berry and fruit cake flavours from the Merlot. This wine has aged in oak for 12 months giving it slight vanillin and chocolate characters.

This wine draws on the Grenache, Shiraz, Mataro and Cinsaut vines ranging in age from 5-90 years. Delightful dark berry fruits and chocolate aromas. This wine is full and rich with a lingering spicy and well structured peppery finish.

This wine is wonderfully long, textured and spicy on the palate, a wine with restraint and yet extreme power. A complex array of dark fruits and wildflowers is magnificently supported by top quality French oak.

This wine is ripe and warming yet with a subtle twist. Full rich mouth feel. Flavours of cardomon spice, black stone fruits and limited oak intrusion enough top add complexity, fine tannins and a long lingering finish.

This wine is elegant, rich, spicy and long. The red clays of the Gomersal vineyard are evident here with their approachability reinforced by chocolate and plum with a fragrant American oak afterglow.

This wine has a brooding and powerful plate with rich concentration and masculinity of fruit. Rum and raison aromas, spices and deep black stone fruit. The resulting wine tells a story of Benno beautifully.

Vibrant crimson red in colour. Pretty blueberry fruit aromas in the company of dark spice, espresso and mineral notes. On the palate a combination of dark plum and prune fruits is complimented by chocolate, anise and black pepper accents.

Fortified wine

An inky crimson red in colour, alluring perfume accents to the aroma, underpinned by ripe blackberry and exotic anise notes. Richly textured on the palate with powerful black fruit flavours in the company of dark earth and pepper.

Deep amber in colour with a hint of orange to the hue, the nose offers complex aromas of roasted walnuts and dried fruits with a hint of honey and marmalade. Warm full-bodied and luscious on the palate with a great intensity of nutty flavours that dovetail into a sweet, complex and profoundly persistent finish.
