When you join AWC or when you make a purchase from this website, we collect personal information to enable us to process and deliver your order. By registering your details on our website, you consent to AWC maintaining, recording, holding and using personal data we collect about you.

Data Protection
AWC is fully committed to the Data Protection Act 1998, and is dedicated to the privacy of your information.
Delivery & Cancellation
Our policy is to ensure you the customer is properly looked after pre and post order and delivery. Therefore for any order placed, providing we have not shipped the order or prepared for dispatch, we will accept cancellation of that order up to 7 days before dispatch date.
Occasionally we do have to substitute wines for a later vintage or an alternative of equal or greater value, if you are unhappy with any substitutions you receive we will arrange collection at our cost.
Claims for non-delivery have to be made within 7 days of our advice to you of delivery, so that we can follow this through for your benefit and investigate any non-delivery situations.
Any complaint is taken very seriously and we will endeavour to respond to the complaint as soon as possible.
If for any reason wines are returned to us, providing they are unopened and intact we will consider a refund but there will be an administration and return deliver charge dependent on the quantity.

Age Restrictions
It is against the law to sell or indeed supply intoxicating substances to persons under 18 years of age in the UK. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If our couriers are in doubt of the age of the recipient of an order they will request some form of ID. In the event that this is not satisfied they are not permitted to leave the wine.
